1. At your office, on your computers with your package, have everything at hand when and if needed.
2. At my office, everything is mailed out or personally picked up from you office; encoded, reconciled, filed and stored with requested reports sent or emailed back.
3. Remotely, again as what would happen when I work for you at my office but can log in to your site with a remote user program.
